2016 Master Plan Update

Blair Township is in the process of writing a Community Master Plan pursuant to  Public Act 33 of 2008, the Michigan Planning Enabling Act.  The Master Plan provides a broad overview of desired future development patterns within the Township. BLAIR TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please be advised that on Tuesday, APRIL 10, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the Blair Township Hall, 2121 Co. Rd. 633 Grawn, MI 49637, the BLAIR TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES will hold a regular meeting to conduct business and a public hearing to consider the following request:

 

Special Use Case # SUSPR 18-03-01: The applicant, Blain’s Farm & Fleet, is requesting a special use/site plan review to establish an 105,570 sq. ft. retail store with a drive thru, an outdoor sales/display and screened outdoor storage areas also an auto service/tire sales area.

Parcel(s) #: 28-02-005-001-03 ; located on corner property South of Rennie School rd & West of US 31/37, Traverse City, MI 49685. SEC 5 T26N R11W.

 

Full and accurate copies of the proposed special use application are available for inspection at the Blair Township Hall, Tuesday through Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Written comments will be received until, April 10, 2018, and directed to the Blair Board of Trustees, 2121 Co. Rd 633 Grawn, MI 49637 or email zoning@blairtownship.org. Blair Township will provide reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities at the public hearing.
